Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Our customers come into our stores anticipating an evening of escape from the cares of the world. Your attitude and the way you approach your role is an important part of that experience.
You'll be able to recommend the right movie or video game to the right customer because you'll watch tons of movies and play tons of games. You'll also learn all about the fascinating world of wireless technology so you can match the right Rogers product and plan to the right customer.
Because you'll spend much of your time keeping our products flowing in and out of your store, you'll learn about cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, and other fundamentals of the retail business. However, your true role is to use your great personality to get to know your customers as people, and to help create an environment that's characterised by energy, laughter and fun. Shift Leader

Integrated Customer Service Representative (Rogers cable-licensed areas only)
You've mastered the fundamentals in the video side of the business, and the next step in your development takes you through your store's Communication Centre, where you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to the benefit of Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless customers.
Your training will be intense, and you'll be expected to master two different operating systems, and with it, just about everything there is to know about cable and wireless products and services. By the end, you'll be as comfortable selling a wireless handset and rate plan as helping a customer understand their cable bill or customise their cable package. Assistant Store Manager
You're an excellent recruiter and coach, and you've proven your ability to get great results through your team, shift after shift.
