Rogers Video offers the following benefits for our employees, their children, their spouses and same-sex partners. MEDICAL BENEFITS:
Your extensive medical plan includes a direct billing prescription card. This means your Pharmacist will bill our insurance carrier directly and you won’t have to pull out your wallet. But wait, it gets better…we also offer nursing care, hospital expenses and supplies, out of country medical expenses, vision care, and paramedical supplies.

DENTAL BENEFITS:
Rogers Video offers one of the most complete dental packages out there. This includes: Preventative and Comprehensive coverage covered at 100%, Restorative coverage covered at 50% and Orthodontics coverage for your dependant children.

WELLNESS FOR YOUR MIND:
Rogers Video has a complete Wellness Library. What does this mean? Exactly what it says! Our Library is fully stocked with books and videos with topics ranging from how to quit smoking to how to deal with the death of a family member.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:
Rogers Video provides confidential counseling through an independent company free of charge to our employees.

SURVIVOR PROTECTION BENEFITS:
In the case of an unforeseen accident, Rogers Video provides basic life insurance (paid 2X your salary), dependant life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment life insurance (paid 4X your salary) and optional life insurance.

INCOME PROTECTION BENEFITS:
If you ever find yourself physically unable to work, Rogers Video provides short and long-term disability.

Rogers Video provides this all at a discounted cost to you. You pay 25% of your benefits and Rogers Video will pay the other 75%.

Eligibility requirements: Full time salaried employees must have completed the 90 day probationary period. Full time hourly employees must have completed one year of service and must have worked an average of 30 hours per week over a 6-month period. Other restrictions may apply.
