If you are not completely satisfied with any unopened item or if it is defective, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. If you need to return your products, we make it easy!
Drop them off at any of our stores that carry movies and games.
Make sure you bring the product, the packing slip included in the shipment and the shipping confirmation we emailed you. You will be asked to present the credit card that you used for the online purchase, and the amount will be refunded directly on your credit card. Sorry, no cash refunds.
Note: This only applies to items ordered on the Rogers Plus website.
Rogers Plus is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier. We will refund all your return shipping charges if we made an error in order processing or shipping.
