If you're not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your mobile phone or wireless accessory, you can simply return it to the originating store with your original sales receipt within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. You must return merchandise in its entirety and in new condition.
There is a final sale policy on all clearance merchandise.
Accessory Returns:
- Headsets/earpieces are non-returnable due to health and safety reason
- Must be in original packaging with all original components
Mobile Phone Returns:
- Must have less than 30 minutes of used airtime
- Phone must not be damaged (including scratches)
- Must have all original packaging and contents (including manuals)
