    Biography
Lee Yuen Kam, the Little Dragon, will be remembered as the first name in action heroes and the man who brought martial arts to North America. The actor/ filmmaker had his first on screen appearance at the age of 1 in The Golden Gate Girl. He would make over 19 foreign language films before appearing in his first full-fledged American production. The Green Hornet premiered in 1966 and instantly became a pop hit, and its success was due to the Hornets fast-as-lightning sidekick Kato. The show wouldn’t last (especially after the infamous Batman vs. Kato fight episode), but Lee’s popularity had already made him a star. He traveled back to China to make a series of martial arts films that would break records around the world. Lee (now with family) would be tempted back to the US by studio’s wanting to cash in on the Bruce Lee fame. In 1973 Enter The Dragon was released and Lee would now be a superstar, unfortunately Lee would be taken from the world to early.
